Sharman has combined her love of food and travel with culinary adventures in over 50 countries. Dan Clapson is a food writer, blogger and cooking instructor based out of Calgary, Alberta. His published works include restaurant features, chef profiles and new recipes. He contributes to Avenue Magazine, Food Network Canada, Metro News, Fast Forward Weekly among others. While he's not writing or eating, you can find him teaching university students how to cook through his non-profit cooking initiative. He prefers a nice glass of wine over a piece of cake any day of the week.
